The Visionaries

The people and organisations helping young GCC Nationals turn promise into proof.

Big ideas need the right people around them.

Ideas Made Real is supported by organisations that believe young GCC Nationals need more than motivation. They need access, guidance, structure, mentoring, prototype support, and the chance to be seen by people who can help them move forward.

The Visionaries behind IMR bring together venture-building experience, leadership wisdom, entrepreneurial tools, governance discipline, and real-world networks. Their shared goal is simple: to help young entrepreneurs take their ideas seriously, build with confidence, and create proof that can open future opportunities.

Programme Leadership & Venture Build

Avela Global leads Ideas Made Real and is responsible for shaping the programme as a trusted build journey for young GCC Nationals aged 19–23. Avela’s role is to identify promising founders, create the structure of the journey, support the development of strong ideas, and help selected participants move from early thinking to practical proof. Through IMR, Avela Global helps young entrepreneurs understand what it takes to build something real. That means more than having an exciting idea. It means learning how to test the problem, strengthen the solution, work with mentors, prepare a prototype, and present the venture with confidence. Avela brings the leadership, delivery discipline, and partner access needed to help the strongest ideas move towards future growth opportunities.
